Welcome you to “Video Introduction Program (VIP)”with purpose of creating a model for training staff to introduce themselves in a professional manner.
Welcome you to “Video Introduction Program (VIP)”with purpose of creating a model for training staff to introduce themselves in a professional manner.
All S3 Corp’s members are requested to join the VIP project by creating a 30-60 second video introducing yourself. Besides that, this activity is one of the item for English improvement in your 2019 objectives so it is mandatory required joining with full commitment.
Coming to the VIP project, you will:
- Improve English presentation skill.
- Greater confident when giving presentations.
- Use and control your voice more effectively.
The project will be divided into many groups:
- Group 1 (Finished in Jan + Feb 2019): including 10 peoples who were the pioneer to develop the project and will help next groups how to make video better.
- Group 2 (In progress in Mar + April 2019): including next 30 people who continue joining the project with support from Group 1.
- Group 3 (Plan in May 2019): including next 90 people who continue joining the project with support from Group 2.

Each group takes about 4 weeks and allow time for you to learn how to prepare script, how to make a video, and how to practice your English so you are pleased with the outcome. Each week your videos will be scored by mentors and you should see your improvement over time. At the end of 4 weeks, the goal will be to have a best video from employee.
Specific list in each group will be identified and noticed to employees. We intend this project to be useful to you personally and help to grow the company as well. This will be a learning process for you and for the company. We look forward to your active participation, ideas and feedback to make this project a success.
